We strive to make the return process as seamless as possible. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can start a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Your happiness is our primary concern.
Return Guidelines:
- All pre-designed styles are eligible for a full refund, which will be credited back to your original payment method.
- Special orders or custom orders can be returned, but only for store credit.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, in unworn condition, and include all provided documentation.
- Returns missing the lab-grown diamond certificate (if applicable) may not be accepted.
- Exchanges are non-refundable.
- Items that show signs of wear or damage will not be accepted for return.
How to Start a Return:
- Review Our Return Policy: Ensure that your item meets the criteria outlined in our return policy.
- Contact Customer Service: Get in touch with our customer service team via email or phone with your order details.
- Get a Return Authorization: Once approved, you'll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number, which is necessary for processing your return. Packages without this number will not be accepted.
- Prepare the Item: Pack the item carefully in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Label the Package: Clearly mark the package with the RA number to ensure smooth processing. Attach the return label to the shipping box. We’ll email you a free return label.
- Save Proof of Return: Keep the shipping receipt or tracking information as proof of return.
- Wait for Confirmation: After we receive and inspect your return, we'll confirm and process any applicable refund or store credit.
Our Quality Assurance team will inspect the returned item upon receipt to verify its condition before we process your refund. Once inspected, your refund will be issued within 2 business days.
