While we are confident in the durability and quality of our products, please note that certain issues are not covered by our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty:

Normal Wear and Tear:

• Scratches, impacts, or damage from everyday use.
• Loss of center stones.
• Any loss, theft, or incidents that are unrelated to manufacturing defects.

Wear on Precious Metals and Prongs:

• Prongs may naturally thin over time with regular wear, which could cause them to loosen. This is considered normal wear and is not covered as a manufacturing defect.

Loss of Stones Due to Impact or Damage:

• If a stone is lost due to an impact or other damage, it is not covered by the Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty.

Repairs:

Please note that having your jewelry repaired or serviced by a third party, including ring resizing, polishing, cleaning, or other repairs, will void your warranty. To keep your Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty intact, all repairs and services should be carried out exclusively by Twisted Love Jewelry Works. This guarantees that the quality and integrity of your jewelry are upheld.

Complimentary Ring Resizing:

Enjoy our Complimentary Ring Resizing service! If your ring isn’t the perfect fit, don’t worry. We offer a one-time free resizing within the first year of your purchase. Just send the ring back to us, and we’ll take care of the rest. If, for any reason, we’re unable to resize the ring to your desired size, we’ll promptly inform you and discuss alternative solutions. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’re committed to ensuring your ring fits just right.
