Twisted Love Jewelry Works offers complimentary shipping through FedEx or UPS for all purchases, both ways. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, a signature will be required upon receipt. Please note that we only ship to physical residential or business addresses; we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
FedEx and UPS generally make three delivery attempts. If delivery is not successful after the third attempt, the package will be returned to us. Don’t worry—we’ll contact you to arrange the next steps.
For international orders, please be aware that taxes and/or duties may apply upon arrival, based on your country’s regulations. Twisted Love Jewelry Works cannot be held responsible for any fees incurred at the time of delivery.
